Heliae^® Agriculture launches seed treatment internationally

PHOENIX, September 13, 2022 – Heliae^® Agriculture, an algal tech company specializing in scalable regenerative agriculture solutions, announced its innovative, award-winning seed treatment product derived from microalgae, PhycoTerra^® ST, has been approved for use in Canada.

Launched in 2021 in the US, PhycoTerra^® ST delivers a balanced, nutrient-dense meal to beneficial microbes in the spermosphere – where the seed first interacts with the soil. PhycoTerra^® ST offers a unique mode-of-action making it effective across a wide range of soil types and crops, benefiting growers by creating an environment to support improved germination and stand establishment. The nature-sourced product is a pasteurized, shelf-stable formula with minimal storage and handling requirements. PhycoTerra^® ST’s compatibility and mixability with other seed treatments, such as fungicides, insecticides, and inoculants, allow growers to easily add it to their existing management programs.
