Janet Grams

Director of Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

Janet Grams serves as  Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Director  where she leads a data driven quality culture and is committed to continuous improvement. With over15 years’ experience leading quality initiatives in various manufacturing environments, Janet has implemented initiatives to reduce defects, reduce waste, and ensure the integrity, consistency, and sustainability of operations.

In addition to quality positions, Janet has held positions in engineering, program/project management, and export compliance. She has been instrumental in delivering quality systems and products  spanning software and hardware systems, laser products,  seed coating products, and now soil amendments. Currently, she oversees quality assurance programs across the production lifecycle, from cultivation and harvest to packaging and distribution.

Janet has a Master’s in Project Management (MSPM) from Walden University and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Colorado. Janet is passionate about developing systems to deliver quality products, improve communication, and develop teams. Outside of work, Janet enjoys time with a large family, a small group of friends, and participates in community activities.
