Chief Financial & Strategy Officer

Abbas serves as PhycoTerra’s Chief Financial and Strategic Officer, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, M&A, corporate development, and long-term planning efforts.

With more than 15 years of finance and operational leadership experience across manufacturing, technology, and energy, Abbas has held CFO and executive roles at ONE Solutions and PGT Innovations. He has led complex M&A transactions, modernized financial systems, and helped scale high-growth businesses into multi-billion-dollar platforms. He is passionate about growing companies by building strong teams grounded in empathy and a healthy culture.

Abbas has a Master’s in business administration (MBA), concentration in Finance and Supply Chain from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Outside of work, Abbas is a father of three who keep life entertaining, yet he still manages to carve out time for recreational sports and stay actively involved with nonprofits.
