Bennet Dixon leads PhycoTerra® with one goal in mind: helping farmers Farm Forever by supporting them as they regenerate their soils and boost yields in a sustainable, profitable way. He believes the best solutions come from combining breakthrough science with a deep understanding of growers’ real-world challenges.

With a background in financial leadership and operational strategy, Bennet brings a sharp focus on building systems that work, teams that thrive, and products that deliver measurable results in the field. Since becoming CEO in 2025, he has championed innovation, forged strong industry partnerships, and kept PhycoTerra’s mission rooted where it matters most—supporting the people who feed the world.

Bennet holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Arizona. Outside of work, he and his wife stay busy with their two young boys, and he’s always up for anything with a racquet or paddle—or a round of golf—especially if there’s a bit of friendly competition involved.
