Luke oversees Procurement, Production, and Quality Assurance operations at PhycoTerra®, bringing an innovative and holistic approach to operational excellence. His leadership ensures efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across all production processes, while supporting the company’s mission to deliver high-performance, science-driven agricultural solutions.
Since joining PhycoTerra in 2013, Luke has developed deep expertise in algae cultivation and system design, earning multiple patents for innovations in the company’s advanced algae production systems. His unrelenting drive and problem-solving mindset have been instrumental in scaling operations and improving production capabilities.
Luke holds a B.S. in Molecular Plant Biology and Biochemistry from Arizona State University. A dedicated family man, he and his wife own and operate a specialty coffee roasting company and maintain a large organic garden, combining their passion for sustainability with entrepreneurial creativity.
